1. How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Gulmnah is easy: Browse the website to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You may add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at Gulmnah without creating an account.
However, if you register with us, you will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your order.

  • Review your account history.

  • Save your details so you may not have to enter them again next time.

  • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences.

  • Add sold-out items you like to your Wish List.

To set up an account, simply click ‘Register’ and enter your details.

3. What payment methods does Gulmnah accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
Currently, the following online payment methods are accepted at Gulmnah: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. The option of Bank Transfer is also available to customers throughout the world. All your details and data will be securely transmitted end-to-end via SSL encryption.

4. How can I choose the currency I pay in?
The base currency that we use on our website is USD; however, you have an option of switching the currency to Pakistani Rupee, British Pound Sterling, Canadian Dollar and Euro. To change the currency, click on the currency option appearing at the top right-hand corner of the page.

5. Which countries does Gulmnah ship to?
Worldwide.

6. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
We ship online orders for Ready to Wear in 3 to 5 working days, while Made to Order Luxury Pret takes up to 4 to 5 weeks and Made to Order Formals take up to 8 to 12 weeks. Couture items may take up to 9 to 14 weeks. If the order does not reach you in the specified time, please contact our customer service.

7. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, we offer same-day delivery only for selected unstitched items.

8. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
You do not have to pay any duties or taxes for local orders as we offer free shipping and do not charge additional costs. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the destination.

9. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Within 24 hours of placing an order, you may request to cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. After 24 hours, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. For assistance, please contact our customer care.

10. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. You can use this number to track your order or contact our customer service for updates.

11. Are the colors of items shown on the website accurate?
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and device settings.
