RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Gulmnah, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. While we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. We only offer conditional exchange in case of quality issues with the product.

There is no return or exchange policy on unstitched collections. All unstitched-related complaints will be catered within 7 working days of receiving the outfits. Complaints after 7 days will not be entertained.

Customers paying via Credit Card or Bank Transfer may cancel or make changes within 48 hours of placing the order.

If you find the product faulty in terms of quality or workmanship, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once a query is generated, our Quality Department will review the issue and respond accordingly. After evaluation, we may offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of a major fault.

Moreover, orders that are customized or purchased at a discount are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.

There is no exchange or return policy on stitched lawn orders.
